Responsibilities
Mentor Responsibilities:

Availability: Mentors agree to dedicate a reasonable amount of time to meet with their Mentee(s) and provide guidance and support.

Knowledge Sharing: Mentors agree to share their expertise and experience with their Mentee(s) on topics relevant to their mentorship goals.

Respectful Communication: Mentors are expected to communicate with their Mentee(s) in a professional and respectful manner, fostering a positive learning environment.

Confidentiality: Mentors agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by their Mentee(s) during the program.

Termination: Mentors understand that the NCPA Foundation reserves the right to terminate their participation in the program for any reason, including but not limited to unprofessional conduct or lack of availability.
Mentee Responsibilities:

Professional Conduct: Mentees are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the mentorship relationship. This includes respecting the time and expertise of their Mentor and adhering to all communication guidelines established by the Mentor.

Commitment: Mentees are expected to actively participate in the mentorship program by attending meetings, completing assignments (if applicable), and taking initiative in their learning journey.

Confidentiality: Mentees are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by their Mentor during the course of the program.

Termination: Mentees understand that the NCPA Foundation reserves the right to terminate their participation in the program for any reason, including but not limited to unprofessional conduct or lack of commitment.
